These shoes were a bday gift for my 13 year old daughter. They arrived on time and looked very good in the box. They look GREAT on my daughters feet! She absolutely loves them! Beautiful sneaker. Got these for my son for school. Seems like a true fit. My son wears a 8.5 and fits just right. Not sure about arch support, I'm sure my son will let me know if they were uncomfortable in any way after his first "wear" day.
